After the completion of the required four year of dental education, Dr. Olga Ortuzar completed a residency in General Dentist at a major Florida trauma center. She then enlisted for an additional year at the same institution to expand her training in Dentistry. During this time, she decided to return to school to complete two additional years of training in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry. Concurrent with becoming children’s specialist, Dr. Ortuzar undertook and completed a master’s degree for her research in the field of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Ortuzar believes in continually adding to her dental education so that she can offer the most current dental treatment available. In additional to attending many continuing education courses each year, she is a member of the Evergreen Pediatric Study Club. She is the coordinator of National Dental Children’s Health Month for Snohomish County.
Now settled in Everett, WA, Dr. Ortuzar focuses on the Children’s Dental Center and the care of our young patients. Her passion for teaching healthy habits for both the children and their parents shines through in our caring and fun dental environment! We welcome you to Everett Children’s Dental Center.
We are so pleased to be featured as a 2015 Top Dentist in Seattle Met Magazine, voted on by our peers!
Dr. Ortuzar has recently been selected as the recipient of the Snohomish County Dental Society’s 2015 Special Recognition Award for Outstanding Community Service!
We love our patients!

I have been coming to Children’s Dental Center since I was 11. Dr. Ortuzar has inspired me to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. I believe after meeting her that it is possible to be a mom, a wife, and a caring decided professional. During the summer of 2007 I am doing an externship in her office, and my goal is to contribute to this community and to our world.
Ella and I wanted to say thank you for your time and kindness. You made Ella’s first trip to the dentist so special, despite the circumstances with her painful accident. It is so nice to know that we have a dentist for our children who really cares and is available in emergencies. Thanks for putting our minds at ease! Ella can’t wait to go back to the dentist.

You are skilled and have an abundant amount of energy. I am in awe of how you take time from your busy day to connect with each one of us. Hugs to you for your kindness.
